At Netsom, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. Our subscription services are provided using coupon codes and are valid for a period of 30 days. Please read the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.
1. No Refunds
Once a subscription has been activated using a coupon code, no refunds will be provided. By redeeming the coupon and subscribing, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and no refunds will be granted.
2. No Cancellations
As our subscriptions are activated via coupon codes and are valid for 30 days, there is no option to cancel or modify the subscription once it has been redeemed. Once your subscription is active, you will continue to have access to the service for the entire 30-day period.
3. Subscription Period
The subscription purchased via a coupon code will remain active for 30 days from the date of activation. After this period, access to the service will be suspended unless the subscription is renewed or extended.
4. Subscription Renewal
If you wish to continue using the service after the 30-day subscription period, you must purchase a new subscription using a valid coupon code. Renewal is not automatic, and you will need to re-enter a new coupon code to extend your subscription.
5. Exceptions
In certain exceptional cases, such as technical errors on our part, we may evaluate refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there has been an error with your subscription or payment, please contact us at support@netsom.live, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
